Where are your clothes and underwear designed and manufactured?

All of the clothes and underwear in our shop are designed by our team in Miami and New York City. The materials are sourced internationally and manufactured ethically in Asia and South America.

No. We are sold exclusively online.

What is the ENVY club?

ENVY club allows you to receive newsletter updates via email in order to receive exclusive new releases, products, and colors. It also puts you first in line for new sales offers. The ENVY club is a free service to our most loyal customers.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. However, we do encourage you to create an account for ease of purchasing online. An account will save your shipping and billing address for future purchases.

How do I make a return?

Our return policy gives you thirty days from the date of purchase to return free of charge. The clothing cannot have been worn or altered in any way.

Where is my refund?

Refunds can take 7-14 days to process once your return has been delivered to our returns warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Once processed please allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your bank statement. For all returns you will be credited the price of the merchandise paid less €4.63 USD handling fee.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Return your item by shipping it to us for an exchange or refund. You will not be charged the handling fee for damages or defective items you received.
